- Eligible Products:
1.0. If the customer refuses to accept delivery of their order after it has been placed and processed, we will issue a refund for the remaining balance after deducting a 5% Introxima processing fee.
1.1. Game & Top-ups: Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital delivery, top-ups are not refundable once processed.
1.2. Gift Cards: Unused gift cards can be refunded within 10 days of purchase, provided they are in their original state (unused and unactivated).
1.3. Subscriptions: You can cancel any subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Refunds for unused portions of the current subscription period are possible depending on the service provider’s policy.
1.4. Software: We offer refunds for unused and unopened software within 7 days of purchase. Opened software might be subject to a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
